1. General Policy
We do not issue refunds for digital services once the order is confirmed and the service execution has begun. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with our services.
2. Cancellation of Service
If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us immediately. If the work has not yet commenced, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
- Before process initiation: 90% refund.
- After document preparation: 50% refund.
- After filing with government authorities: No refund.
3. Government Fees
Any government fees, challan payments, or stamp duties paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid to the respective authorities.
4. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Rejection by Authorities
NGORegister acts as a consultant. We do not guarantee approval by government authorities. If an application is rejected due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., policy changes, officer discretion), no refund will be issued for the professional fees.
